Responsibilities Include:

  • Combine technical knowledge of Marketo with digital and email marketing best practices to drive marketing strategy for clients
  • Interact with clients on Marketo technical and strategic matters
  • Support Fathom’s sales and marketing efforts in helping attract new clients through content marketing efforts and close deals in final pitch presentations
  • Engage in the Marketo community to help build thought leadership and authority
  • Share best practices of online marketing efforts to internal stakeholders and ensure that best practices are followed and upheld
  • Regularly align efforts with departmental, sales (revenue driving activities) and company strategy and goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years Marketo experience, including campaign creation, database management, integration with CRM, end-to-end reporting
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge, in the Internet/Interactive marketing field (email, web, search, blogs, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage people and personalities at all levels of the organization with a "can do / consultative" approach
  • Strong project planning and execution skills, with strong sense of project ownership and ability to anticipate possible roadblocks and provide viable solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively, and keep schedules and projects in order and up to speed
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Marketo Certified a plus, but not required
